book. I made these last year with my best friend Jordan, and I thought they were wonderful then. When I made these Sunday night, I had the same result. These were amazing. This picture doesn't make them look like much, but they were so yummy!
These weren't actually cupcakes, but little mini Oreo cheesecakes. And considering how lackluster the last few challenge months have been, these were a nice change. They were a big hit, especially with my co-workers!
